Wroclaw’s Congress Ambassadors Program

Wroclaw’s Congress Ambassadors Program is a project conducted by Convention Bureau - Wroclaw since 2006. Main task of the Program is to gather and support scientists and businessmen - members of international associations and organizations, experts in their fields, closely related to Wrocław in their activities.

Thanks to a dense network of contacts possessed by Program members, the process of attracting prestigious events to the city is facilitated. Convention Bureau – Wrocław provides a full support of initiatives taken by our Ambassadors in order to attract major events to Wroclaw.

Convention Bureau - Wroclaw provides content - based consultations associated with a particular event taking place in our city, as well as the elaboration of a complex bidding document - in accordance with the requirements set by the institution. We also provide an access to varied conference materials along with permanent flow of information on business tourism industry and conference services.

Another important element of building and strengthening relations with Wroclaw’s Congress Ambassadors, and also an excellent platform for exchange of information is provided by meetings organized by Convention Bureau – Wrocław, during which current trends in business tourism and information related to performed by CBW function - a local accommodation expert for UEFA Euro 2012 ™ are presented.
