PROMOTING THE REGION THROUGH ... CUISINE AT HP PARK PLAZA HOTEL

While creating a successful strategy of regional promotion, it is important to maintain links to the elements of culinary art. Being aware of the significance of local cuisines for the image of the area, Gastronomic Comission of Prestige Hotels & Resorts, in co-operation with HP Park Plaza hotel, is proud to announce that the next edition of "Professional of the Year" culinary contest, will take part in Wrocław, on 21st November 2009. The contest, conducted by Karol Okrasa, will begin at 9 am.
